DO NOT ADD ANY APPLICANT OVER 18yrs ON THE SAME APPLICATION, THEY NEED THEIR OWN APPLICATION. DO NOT ADD 18 yrs OR OVER UNDER DEPENDENTS.
Qualifications: 3x the monthly rent, no past felonies/ evictions, verifiable rental history, Credit over 600. $50 non refundable per applicant over 18 yrs, Signed authorization form found on our website. Email copy of DL & pay-stubs. Leaser & agent to verify all info herein include schools & dimensions. There is a one time $125.00 Administration fee associated with each new lease.
Applicant is strongly encouraged to view the Property in-person prior to submitting any application.
You MUST complete the online application form in its entirety for each adult (over the age of 18) and submit. The Application Authorization, form link below will need to be printed and signed in order to verify employment and resident history for EACH applicant over the age of 18. Your application is NOT considered complete until we have received ALL items along with a $50 application fee per applicant.
